Online Tinnitus Test

This is a variation of the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) questionnaire. The 25 question THI was developed to be used clinically as a brief diagnostic and screening tool to measure the impact of tinnitus on everyday life. Total scores range from 0-100, with higher scores indicating a greater impact on your life.

Your THI score will define which of the five categories of tinnitus severity (slight, mild, moderate, severe and very severe) you fall into. It will help you decide what your next steps should be and which specific professionals you should seek to find help for your tinnitus.
